Returns & Refunds policy

"You may cancel your order without penalty within one (1) hour of placement. After this one-hour window, a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the total order value will be applied and if the order is in delivery stage you will be charged round shipping cost. To initiate a cancellation, please find the option below in cart. Refunds, less any applicable cancellation fees, will be processed to the original payment method."

In case on prepaid payment We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which order cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery goods are non-returnable except in cases of defective or incorrect items. To qualify for a return under these exceptions, the following conditions must be met: the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unworn, and with all original tags intact. Return requests must be submitted within four 4 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email clear photographs of the item to Support@naamik.com. Our team will review the images, and if approved, provide further instructions for the return process.
